EMC Stuttgart 2017

Just in time for the EMC Stuttgart 2017: New active transmit and receive loop antennas!

The Team Radiofrequency of Seibersdorf Labor GmbH is proud to present its latest development to the public on the occasion of the EMC Stuttgart: the PLA-R Receive Antenna, an active, battery powered loop antenna for fully compliant radiated disturbance measurements.

Due to the broad frequency range from 9 kHz to 30 MHz, its very low noise floor and the integrated tripod for convenient positioning it is suitable for all emission standards. The highlights of our new development PLA-R:

  • Active and passive operation mode
  • Patented saturation indication
  • Very low noise floor
  • Individually calibrated

Our new PLA-R loop antenna is offered single or as set. The PLA-SET for site validation consists of two loop antennas where the PLA-T is a battery powered active transmit antenna. The set is suitable for Normalized Site Attenuation (NSA) measurements and Shielding Effectiveness (SE) measurements. Applicable standards: CISPR 16-1-4 (draft), EN 50147-1, IEEE 299.

The Team Radiofrequency of Seibersdorf Labor GmbH is specialized in accredited calibration services for antennas, field probes and RF test equipment. During the recent years we have made scientific investigations regarding calibration procedures, which have been published and integrated in the European and International standards. The resulting know-how lead is applied in our services and our development of measurement equipment.
