Details of Calibration Field Probes

Calibration procedure

  • IEEE Std 1309-2013

Our Facilities

  • TEM-cells 5 Hz - 500 MHz, up to 300 V/m
  • Anechoic chamber 100 MHz - 40 GHz, up to 200 V/m
  • Reverberation Chamber (1 GHz – 4 GHz: 1.2 kV/m; 4 GHz – 12 GHz: 600V/m; 12 GHz – 18 GHz: 300V/m)
  • Parallel-plate capacitor 0 - 10 kHz, up to 1 kV/m
  • Magnetic field generators (coils) 0 - 10MHz, up to 400 A/m

Features

  • Determination of the calibration factor as function of frequency, probe orientation, field strength and modulation
  • Isotropy measurements as function of frequency
  • Evaluation of amplitude linearity as function of frequency

The uncertainty (95%, k=2) of the established field is:

  • ±5%, DC - 10 kHz
  • ±15%, 10 kHz - 150 MHz
  • ±20%, 150 MHz - 18 GHz
  • ±25%, 18 GHz - 40 GHz
